People always say change it good right? Well I fell off the wagon years ago... and now it’s time to change myself physically, mentally, and emotionally! Even if I’m going to get up at 5 a.m to bet the crowd at the gym I will do it! I will not eat anything more carbs, but I will allow my self 1 cheat day! I will not drink anymore pop! I am prepared to change myself! For me! For my husband! And for my future children!
