Pimple that won’t go away

I’ve had this pimple on the top of my lip for at least 2 months now, it looked like it went away for a while and now it’s back and huge, I have a date tomorrow and I’m freaking out, I’ve tried everything to make it go away but it just keeps coming back? Does anyone have any tips to make it smaller ?
