Is this yellow discoloration a fungus? Something else?

I don’t think it warrants an extra trip to the pediatrician, but just wondering if anyone has seen something similar in their LO and how they went about treating it?

That does look fungal. I’d talk to the ped and be sure to buy new clippers ONLY for baby (aka don’t use them on any adults). You can also clean them after trimming with rubbing alcohol (clippers not the toes😉)
