Sickness help!

How have women done this for millennia? I’m in tears just trying to eat a banana and sip some peppermint tea. This is torture!! Everything I read says being sick doesn’t help either. I’ve tried:

- eating as soon as a wake up

- peppermint tea (sometimes with ginger)

- lemon and ginger tea

- fresh air

- deep breathing

- mints

- I’ve ordered some sea sickness bands

I need to get the kids ready for school and get to work but I’m just rolling around the bed super uncomfortable and nauseous. There must be something I haven’t tried that will be a miracle cure?!?
