What natural blackhead removal remedy works best?

I have sensitive skin and using the peel off nose strips for removing black heads has caused damage to my nose so I’m looking for a gentle natural black head removal remedy. 
If you’ve done the oatmeal one, do I just do the natural oats alone or the ones that come in packets with flavoring?(yes I know that’s a stupid question) I’m 20 and I just want clear skin.

Non of them remove them, blackheads are deep rooted dirt, I would recommend a light daily exfoliator which will daw it out over a few weeks, I have sensitive skin and I like the clean and clear daily blackhead scrub xxx

Tooth paste on pimples and blackheads is a myth. 
Crush up plain aspirin with some warm water to make a paste. Apply to pimples and blackheads to reduce redness and promote healing.

How would anyone recommend healing abrasions left from the harsh blackhead removal strips? I need to remove my black heads but naturally since the strips messed up my nose pretty bad
