pcos issues

ok long story short. diagnosed at 13. had 2 cysts on my right ovary at the time. irregular periods. hormonal issues, weight gain. fast foward to now, almost 25. 2 MC and 1 son(previous marriage). Sept of 16' my ultrasound showed alteast 50-60 cysts on right ovary. problems with weight gain and hormones keep getting worse.. no periods, i ovulate but dont produce mature eggs. Ive been on metformin, a few different birth controls.. NOTHING is helping. weight is out of control. diet, exercise, meds, nothing has helped. My fiance and I are so desperately TTC our rainbow baby with no avail 😕 we've used OPKs... ugh.. i mean literally everything.. idk what else to do, but ive never met a man who wants a baby more than mi amor does. Hes so good with my *our* son and im going to be just completely devastated if I cant give him a baby of his own... advice????
