I'm a newbie to all of this🙈 - can someone help me interpret my chart from this month.
Hi,
I stopped birth control in February as we are planning to start trying this summer . I'm trying to get a sense of my cycle.
March's chart made sense as I had a positive OPK followed by a temp rise.
However this month I'm really confused as to whether I've ovulated at all.
Any help would be really appreciated xxx
