Easy options?

I’m 14 years old and I want to go on the pill but the only thing is I can’t. My mother and all the women in her fathers family have gotten breast and ovarian cancer therefore there is a 85% chance of me having the brac1 gene. If I go on the pill it can increase my risk of getting the cancer but I want to know if anyone knows any other options because I’ve heard of the bar in your arm thing but that sounds kinda painful and I feel like some kind of pill would be easier. I know that there is condoms but I want a back up plan like still obviously use condoms but have some other kind of contraception.

If you know of anything that I can use that would be great.
