What access does your little one have to each level/area of your house? Do you have every room 100% child proofed or does your baby have only certain rooms they spend time in completely free (under supervision lol but able to roam as they please).

For us, the basement is pretty much the only area she can freely play without me following her around. When she’s a bit older she’ll be able to more freely roam the main level but due to dogs and lots of electrical equipment and a fireplace I literally follow her around as she explores this level. She’s often in her playpen or high chair on this level. The upstairs is 100% a carry only zone due to big sister leaving small toys all around (we are rarely up here, only at sleep or bath times). Just curious what other families do.
