Eating- Sorry long post
Recently I’ve noticed that I can’t eat as much and/or I’m not even hungry. I can eat a breakfast (usually a sausage,egg, and cheese croissant) and come lunch I’m not hungry around 3-4 I start getting hungry so I’ll make me some crackers a cheese to hold me over until dinner. Then dinner comes around I take 4 bites I’m full and don’t want to eat anymore. I wasn’t sick at all durning the beginning and felt like I ate so much now it’s the other way around. I eat I feel sick especially at night and when I wake up in the mornings I feel miserable. Any other mommas going through this or have gone through it? I honestly don’t know if it’s pregnancy related or if it’s my mind because I lost 70 pounds before this baby workout 5-6 days a week. I love this pregnancy and it has really been amazing and I have tried not to let my weight be an issue to me (as I’ve already gained (15+ that I wasn’t to thrilled about but just let it go) but apart of me thinks this might have something to do with not wanting to gain weight back even though it’s for a good reason I don’t want to not eat because I know he needs it. I tell myself all the time it’s okay you’ll lose it all back once he’s here just enjoy this pregnancy
