Vitex and flax seed oil

I was diagnosed with PCOS a little over 3 months ago. I’m taking metformin but want to do vitamins too. I’ve started flax seed oil and vitex. Have these helped anyone? Any others I should try? Thanks!

Vitex is great for helping to balance hormones and get period. Flax oil has many benefits!
