I have to attend court for a custody modification to include vacation time... anyone ever been through this? What’s the best option?

I dont want to change anything but I may have no choice but if I do I want the best outcome for me and my children. I am the primary parent. He has every other weekend and one mid week. We rotate holidays. Oh and we never agree on anything..... please help with advice
