Can someone tell me things will get better and reassure me please???

Split up with my ex at the start of the year and it was a really rough time for me. 2 months later he started seeing his ex who lives 3 hours away. I started to get better and feel really good again. But now I’ve found out he’s moving away to live with her and it’s just put me right back in square one, feel so raw!

Will it get better and how long please? It’s such a horrible feeling I have inside right now 😭
