So yeah I know cigarettes are bad I was bashed on the last post i made😡. One thing I do know is that nothing is safe and everything has a risk factor! So I won’t offend anyone I am guilty of hitting a cigarette while pregnant to take a dump! Am looking for another alternative instead my doctor 👩‍⚕️ said to cut back I haven’t smoked but 1 cigarette and I feel horrible about it. So I am looking for other ways mind you I have a lot of food aversion too so I can’t always tolerate certain things! If you are negative just don’t reply I don’t need judgment I need some relief thank you kindly
