I have irregular periods so when I was late this week by 5 days I didn't think anything about it. Yesterday I thought I had started however it was just light spotting for about an hour. Today the same thing happened. Pink/brown in color.

I am having acne, thirsty, exhausted, and am cramping but took a test & it was negative.

It sounded like implantation bleeding but I am lot sure. I also am hypothyroid and overweight so I know I will have problems getting pregnant again.

Any insight?
