I have a painful and rather large pimple around my sex area (I don’t know what the area is called but it’s usually where people leave triangles/ love heart shaped pubic hair when shaving).

Anyways, does anyone know what I can do to get rid of this thing? It’s painful to touch and I’m not about to squeeze it, so is there any creams/ home remedies I can use?

I shower every day, sometimes twice a day and I’m not sexually active so I don’t even know why I’d have a pimple down below.
