Distraught please help

Hey lady’s so lust night around 06:00pm I got the copper IUD put in and OMG it hurt like hell I was hot and walking funny after lol but anyway getting to the point this morning I was having a Funny distraught it was like pink to brown. Is this normal as it’s the first time I’ve had this in. Thank you
