Pregnant postpartum??

I am 17 weeks postpartum and I just took a pregnancy test and it says positive. Any possibility it’s my postpartum hormones giving a fake positive????????

I’m 21 weeks postpartum and about 10 weeks pregnant or more I haven’t been to the doctor cause I’m so nervous to tell my doctor even tho I know I need to go as soon as possible. I’m already showing a little bump so I could be more than 10 weeks but not sure yet. Definitely go get checked cause it is possible.
