Trying to conceive

Okay ladies me and my husband are trying to get pregnant. But since this is our first time trying since we just got married what do you do after you have sex? Is it best to lay a certain way or do something? I feel like if I move it will all come out and won’t work. Sorry for the TMI. Just need some advice please.
