Should I be concerned 😢

ok so saturday I lost my virginity and it was painful ofcourse at first but soon felt good I was bleeding so I thought hey it’s normal and hours later I pee’d and there was spotting and so I did some research and it says it’s normal and i reached out to a friend she said it will last a few days and it may have started my period early so I was like 👌🏽 cool 11 days early the next day I would hurt when sitting down to hard and wiping more than 2 times and I was still bleeding it was alittle more than saturday I put on a pad thinking I started so the next day (monday) it’s heavy but it’s not bleeding like I would with a period it’s bright red and I had this clunk of something and it looked weird but it was dry but brown and red just now and it was so painful peeing it stung and there a lot of blood but non in the pad so I really worried at 3:30 am !!! and i got exams tomorrow 😣*my mom knows nothing about this she wanted me to keep it till marriage and I feel like I would be a disappointment to her if I told her😪*
