How to customize snapchat filters??

Im asking for help please, Its my daughter’s bday party this weekend and im wanting to have a Snapchat filter for her day. Does anyone happen to know what the charge is? And the steps to make the filter? 
I would LOVE yall’s help!

You got to settings and there is a thing on it . It’s called filters and lenses you click on it and it takes you there.

I've made mine on an app/website called canva then just search Snapchat geofilter in google, sign into your snapchat and upload, choose the location and date, it's really cheap if you're just wanting it for one day 😊
