I have never had an issue with my thyroid. My Tsh was recently 3.6, then 4.4, then 3.25. My acupuncturist said my TSH for conception ultimately should be 1-2. My gyn says once I become pregnant they like to keep TSH under 2.5. I went to an endocrinologist who told me this is all old guidelines and they don’t treat woman any more unless they are over TSH 5.

I got pregnant first month trying with my daughter 3 years ago. I’ve been trying 8 months now with a chemical pregnancy in December. I’m 33 yo. Anyone else have insight to thyroid stuff??
