Could I be pregnant?

I am on birth control, and on saturday I took it 2 hours later than I usually do, and it was the last of the regular pills before the sugar pills. On Sunday I had unprotected sex and worry that me taking my birth control late on saturday and about to have my period in a couple days with taking the sugar pills could get be pregnant, is that a possibility? when can I take a pregnancy test?
