A few months into dating my boyfriend told me he had a masturbation addiction. I told him that it's normal for people to do but he really wants to stop, he wants to stop his porn addiction and has blocked tons of websites but always finds a way around it when he wants to.

How can he stop himself? I tell him to call me when he doesn't want to do it but he doesn't always do that and he gets really upset after doing it. What can I do to help?
