Am I pregnant?

I just got off of birth control, i am 3 days late. But I have had the symptoms of like pregnancy. I took a test and it came out negative. I am not sure if its because of the birth control or am I actually pregnant. 
I have been cramping on and off along with dizzyness nausea and sore breasts and tender nipples.
I don’t know what to think at this point.

It’s likely from getting off the birth control. It can generally take 3-6 months for ur body/natural cycles to adjust. That said, wait another few days to a week & test again to be sure.

If your period doesn’t show in a week and you’re still having a negative test get blood work done 😊 sometimes it takes longer for your levels to go up
