I think I could be pregnant

Long story but I think I got pregnant before my last period. I felt pregnant after my period ended. I took a test and it’s faint but came up immediately. I don’t trust the blue dye tests but this was taken at 2 minutes. The dollar tests are negative still. What do y’all think?
