hospital ER visit

so yesterday morning i was having a rough time breathing and I felt extremely light headed. They ran tests for blood clots in my lungs. Blood work came back positive and something on the cat scan showed up. But it was too small for them to really diagnose me with anything..... Now my anxiety has spiked about what on earth that spot could be on my lungs .... I'm terrified to be honest because I'm still young and don't want to die or have to go under a major surgery...
