Ok guys, sorry for the gruesome photo but yesterday I went to the toilet and the small ‘clot’ came out on my pad and today this MASSIVE thing came out! I’m so confused and freaking out, is this normal??? 
P.S I just had a baby 8 weeks ago, also I started the pill about 3 weeks ago & this is my break week where I come off and have my period.

Have you had sex since the birth of your child? This is a very large piece of material. It could be uterine tissue left from pregnancy that was not emptied by the body during labor, or it could be a miscarriage since technically you dont know when you ovulate after having a baby because things are irregular for awhile. I would save it and go to doctor

I got the same exact things one month after I started birth control and no chance of pregnancy bc my tubes are clipped only started birth control in an attempt to help pms
