My kitten is not as bad as my first kitten

My cat.. when he was a kitten... he was a terror

He was cute but he was MEAN. I have scars from him just waking me up at 4 by ripping me to shreds. Once he woke up clawing my face and throat. He tore up everything. He would purposely knock shit all over the place and tore up the bottom of my couch and the bottom of my bed.. he went under our bed and tore a hole in the mattress. As he got bigger it got worse and oh my god. I worked with him really hard and I also got him fixed.

He was a totally different cat after he got fixed. He still did naughty shit but nowhere near as bad and I just worked with him and he hasn’t scratched me in a long time and he’s well behaved. He’s a good cat and he’s smart. Sometimes he still knocks over the trash can but I still love him.

My kitten however is now 10 weeks old and he has been so good lol. He doesn’t scratch, all he wants to do is love you. It might be different because he has an older “brother” that he can play with all day but the difference between them is insane. When I got him I kinda thought “shit what did I just do” because I originally planned to adopt an adult cat because I do not miss my cats kitten days.
