Inositol for PCOS??

Question

Anybody take Inositol for PCOS? Does it work? Any side effects? Did you lose weight? What brand inositol do you take? Where do you buy it from? 
Help a girl out! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I take Myo-inositol and D-Chiro-inositol (ingredients in Ovasitol). It’s literally changed my life. I was supposed to start Clomid but my doc realized my progress with lifestyle changes and supplements and told me to try naturally for 6 months first.

I took ovasitol for 4 months and saw no difference. Was also taking vitamin d/magnesium and a prenatal all to try helping the pcos. I didn’t see any changes, my cycle did not restart and I still haven’t had a period since January. Just started metformin two weeks ago and had spotting a few days ago so I think this is getting me in the right track. I think it just depends on your situation, I had heard to many good things about it but didn’t have much luck with it personally

I take Vitamin Shoppe brand and premama (myo-inositol). its been 1 month. I get regular but heavy and painful periods. my last period was amazing. I started bright red (instead of dark or black). It was lighter than norm. I wasnt confined to my bed for the first two days like I normally am. I was out running and working out (which has never happened on my period since my teens). As far as ttc'ing we will see. So far I am very happy with it. I just ordered Ovastol and I will replace with current brand Im taking.

I should add that I do have PCOS, but with regular periods every 28-30 days. That's why I am taking all of this, Inositol does help with weight loss, but with right dieting and exercise. 
(I don't exercise the way I should 😢🙀)

So here's my little TTC kit (put together by none other but yours truly 😊)!!! 
Here's how I do it. 
*Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar- 2 tblsps daily, but just in one bottle of water in the morning during drive to work. Takes me about 15 minutes to get to work, but the stuff is gross so I sip, sip!!! 
*Kal Inositol powder. It's 550 mg per 1/8 scoop leveled (green scoop in pic). But with PCOS, I can take up to 4000 mg daily, it just depends on how you can withstand side effects which really is nonexistent..I do get a slight headache when I do take it but Tylenol helps really good with that. BTW, I'm on my 3rd mth taking Inositol and I absolutely love it!! 
*Spring Valley Folic Acid 400mcg..I only Take 1 a day, but looking into the possibility of taking more due to PCOS and trying to get my weight down.
(Here's the one I don't like but won't give up on).
*Pregnitude 2 packs a day(currently took a break from taking it). This stuff gives me serious pain in my uterus, couldn't every walk for Mother's Day... so I took a few days off, while I'm not on
 it I take my Inositol and Folic Acid. I never take them both together, but I would like to know if I can swing back and forth between the day, as in swap each every other day. 
Willing to try and answer any questions you might have!!!
