What are these cramps?

Today I am 6DPO; period is “supposed” to start in the next 7-8 days according to glow. I’m fairly regular. This morning I started having what would typically feel like PMS cramps, however, I don’t usually have this pre-period symptom until the day or two before my period starts.

The cramps felt sort of like pulling, twinging, and an overall ache at times. Felt kind of heavy. Has anyone had something like this around that ended up being implantation or lead to a BFP? The cramps started around 6am and we’re finished by around noon.

Any insight and experience is helpful! Really trying not to symptom spot but this is far to early before my period for me to have had cramps like this.
