Confused?

So I miscarried on April 12 and now almost 5 weeks later started feeling symptoms of being pregnant again. Just took a first response pregnancy test and it is as clear as day positive. I’m very happy but I’ve been reading there is a possibility it could be hormones from my miscarriage. Which to me sounds impossible being I miscarried at 6 weeks. And when I found out I miscarried I took a pregnancy test twice after and the line got more and more faint. So hoping this is a new pregnancy but wanting opinions from people who have experienced this.
