blood sugar testing
so instead of drinking the nasty drink, ive decided to test my blood 4 times a day for a week. When i wake up, and 2 hours after each meal. My question is....can i drink tea during the 2 hour wait? it says not to eat....but. I would put sugar in my tea if that changes anything....
