3dpo bright red blood???

this morning I used the restroom and when I went to flush I noticed a dime sized amount of bright red blood in the toilet. I wasn't like liquid blood, it looked more like cm but completely red. I am 1dpo according to glow but I'm pretty sure that I ovulated on the 15th. my cervix is low and hard. I have had some cramping today as well. not sure what is going on. anyone have any insights? I know it would be way too early to think anything but i feel like my body is all over the place right now.
