Natural Birth?

I’m wondering what people consider natural birth.

I consider it to be without any medical help, besides like having a doctor and normal amount of iv fluids. (No pitocin , no epidural, etc.)

I don’t particularly care one way or the other how someone gives birth (you do you), but I’ve noticed that people use the term differently.

Personally, I had an epidural and vaginal birth. Because of the epidural, I didn’t consider it natural.

Again, just curious on people’s thoughts. No judgement either way!
