pregnancy and tooth pain

ok so here's the scoop... I am having my first pregnancy, I am considered high risk due to my age (36), I am 7 weeks and 4 days along, and my tooth is killing me...I am allergic to aspirin..and I just took 1 tylenol. Asking has anyone had tooth problems During pregnancy and how did you deal with it?
