I’ve had my skyla iud in for about a month and half now and I bled and cramped the whole first 4 weeks, just two days ago I started bleeding again and cramps. And started getting really nauseous with heartburn, extreme fatigue headaches and lower back pain.

Could I possibly be pregnant? Or is it normal side effects. Me and my fiancé do have unprotected sex.
