Teething?

My baby girl is 9 1/2 weeks old and for the past 2 weeks she has been drooling A LOT, sucking/ chewing on anything that she can grab and put in her mouth, and nursing every 1 - 1 1/2 hours during the day. And sometimes she nurses for 45 minutes at a time. She has been very grumpy when i set her down the past few days, screaming until i pick her up again and then acting perfectly fine. She still sleeps through the night like she has since before she was a month old but she has been napping a lot during the day, only in my arms though. Is this her teething? What can i do to help her if it is? Thank you for reading this post because I know it was kind of long.
