I had my nexplanon taken out a few months ago and I’ve had only one period since then last month but I recently had unprotected sex on the 10th how long should I wait to take a test and should there be any signs I need to look for??

U need to wait at least 2-3 weeks after sex to test. If it’s negative, wait another week or two & test again to be sure. Pregnancy symptoms, period symptoms, and side effects from getting off birth control are basically the same. So, it’s very difficult to go by symptoms alone. Also, if ur not pregnant, it can generally take 3-6 months for ur body/natural cycles to adjust after getting off birth control.
