I think I messed my cycle up by taking red clover and maca root usually I ovulate anywhere between cycle day 13 and 16 I started back taken Vitex 3 days ago now it seems my Opk are getting darker and to ovulate later in this cycle is a No because I read that your eggs will be poor quality and you will likely to miscarriage😖
