My doctor just put me on aviane today due to irregular periods and he asked me if I wanted to use the sugar pills or just do a week with no pills and I chose to do sugar pills so I could get used to taking the pill everyday, but I was just wondering, is the sugar pills the reason people gain weight on birth control?? I never really put two and two together while I was there so I didn’t ask the question, Not that I have a huge problem with gaining weight, it’s just the fact that I wanna be able to fit into my prom dress and I can’t gain any weight for that to happen !!! Any answers or tips at all about aviane would be great!! I’m new to birth control so any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance !!!!
