birth control help

what birth control pill form do you recommend taking to try help conceiving..I heard some ladies take birth control for a couple months or even a month and they quit taking it and end up having sex then pregnant.. I been trying for 2 years. I wanna start a family. just beggining of this year I haven't been really tracking anything.
