I’m occasionally hooking up with this mutual friend of mine (3-4 times a week) we are keeping it on the low and I’ve been actively looking for a possible relationship with other people. Is it bad?

I didn’t have a “friends with benefits” per day, I had a straight up Booty Call that came over whenever I called. We ended it and it was over for at least a month by the time me and my bf started dating. And even though it was over, it still causes trouble every now and then. I literally haven’t talked to the guy in over a month and my bf made me delete and block him on everything. I would just say don’t do it. It’ll cause problems.

Yeah because your potential man probably wouldn’t like that. I feel like when your ready to start dating and really look for someone you wanna settle down with, no one else should be in the picture from the very start. It can definitely cause complications especially if the guy didn’t find out until a while after that you were sleeping with someone else while dating them. Some guys wouldn’t care whereas most would. What’s the point having casual sex with someone when your looking for a relationship with someone else? Focus on yourself, date, and when you find the right one enjoy him.

If you're looking for someone important it can be helpful that way you can focus on other aspects when you're dating, but it can also ve damaging and it would be good to stop the casual sex once you start to develop feelings for whoever you date, as it could most likely damage that relationship and cause hurt

It’s bad because you may end up sleeping with them at the same time which should result in STDS. Also if your looking for a relationship I doubt the person your dating is going to like the fact your having sex with another man.
