Weight loss tips?

Since March I went down 16 pounds and now sitting at 344 pounds I lost the weight by eating more then once a day which has helped me not eat so much I drink mostly water and lift weights but I would love some tips on exercises for someone who is a bit limited because of the weight and still working on gaining back muscles I really would love to get down back in the 200 pound ranger before the end of summer and of course my other goal is getting down to a weight where I can have kids I am 27 by the way so I started to feel the pressure of that clock ticking
