breast tenderness/pain

this might seem like a strange question but what really qualifies for breast tenderness is it just a few stab/twinges throughout the day or aching all day long? since starting TTC my breasts have twinges throughout the day but don't feel painful. wondering if I should even be clicking the breast tenderness log..
