weirdest early pregnancy symptoms

No bfp for me, but the weirdest symptoms. Bad stomach ache the last two nights and like the second nose bleed I’ve ever had in my life. Bloated, sleepy, crampy, sore boobs. Expecting aunt flo tomorrow morning but I dont know man. Somethings going on here 🤔

Edit: I forgot! Few days ago I had a spell of nausea that lasted maybe 15 minutes but I seriously felt as though I might vomit everywhere. Had to lay on my back on the floor. Currently having food poisoning like symptoms every night.
