Pain in my abdomen?

Not sure if I am just obsessing over babies and pregnancy right now or if this is an actual symptom or not, but when I stretch I have a pain in the right side of my abdomen. Does this have anything to do with pregnancy whatsoever or am I completely out of my mind? Thanks for reading!
