I’m dying

About 2 months ago I stopped the pill and switched to an IUD which I THOUGHT would be amazing. Fuck was I wrong. Never before in my life have I experienced cramps like this. Granted I was always lucky enough to not really get them at all.. but shit! What do you ladies do to keep the pain at bay? I literally feel like I could claw my uterus out! 😩
