Working out in first trimester

So I worked out throughout my first trimester (mainly just 3 mile runs) but now I’ve been reading more and more how it’s really dangerous to raise your core temperature too high in the first trimester as it can cause birth defects. Now I’m stressing out worried that maybe I raised my core temperature while I was running and caused issues 😬 I still work out now but I just take it easy and run slower and not get too out of breath but I’m worried that I did something wrong or hurt my baby and I’m so worried. Did anyone else do this and everything is okay? I didn’t mean to and I wouldn’t have if I knew this sooner 😢
