Any exercise recommendations? Diets?
*****Looking for encouragement and help, not hate*****
I'm 5 foot and as of right now almost 179 lbs. I know that's a far cry from a healthy weight for me and I want to change it because I honestly cannot stand how I look and feel, but I'm just not sure what to do. Can you guys tell me what helped you to lose weight successfully? Thanks in advance!
